New House!

We started the new year moving to a new house. Moving was kinda crazy, I never realised that we had so much stuff! I am such a horder (*hang my head in shame*). I'm working on simplifying my life and it will mean getting rid of all this stuff that I think I "need".

The best thing about the new house was that it was EMPTY! So not only will all the stuff fit, we get to create our own style and really make it reflect us. Just like the old place we've already started to create memories here, with my family and friends coming over to help clean and cook and ofcourse drink!

My creative juices are flowing and although I have only just been cleaning and sorting, I am loving every moment!

Farewell to Sunset House

We started the new year moving! Could not ask for a fresher start to 2013. I loved sunset house and will miss it dearly. Apart from watching the breath taking sunsets and moon sets from the balcony, I'll miss getting mangos (4 different varieties), cherries, limes and other fruits from the yard. I'll miss never having to lock the front door and the chickens living and nesting in our yard. The humming birds and doves nesting in our bedroom balcony, the beautiful moths and clever lizards. After four years we've created many lovely memories there, I hope that whoever moves in there will be as happy as we were!
